Living in their Jackson, Michigan apartment, 31-year-old Camia Gamet and 38-year-old Marcel Hill were a mismatched couple. Marcel was a high school graduate and fast food worker, but life had dealt him a rough hand. He suffered from scoliosis and meningitis, had physical abnormalities, and was cognitively impaired because of fetal alcohol syndrome. These conditions were so debilitating that even managing basic tasks like paying bills was a monumental challenge. On the other hand, Camia had issues too, but of a completely different nature. She lived in 13 different foster homes, had a history of domestic violence, and was known to abuse substances frequently. Although it seemed she found peace with Marcel during their relationship, it was for reasons far more sinister. #interrogationpsychology #interrogation
