In this week's episode of Minutes With, we spoke to the remarkable Rachel Williams, who survived 18 years of domestic abuse at the hands of her husband, Darren. Rachel describes how manipulation and coercive control quickly developed into a first shocking attack, where Darren choked her whilst pregnant with their son. After nearly two decades of abuse, Darren launches his final violent assault in broad daylight and shoots Rachel twice with a sawn-off shotgun. Rachel's story of resilience shows that there is life after domestic abuse. Thank you to Rachel Williams for participating in this Minutes With episode.
